1. Introduction & Nature of Services
These terms govern the use of payment gateway consultancy and reseller services offered by Nineteen Realtech Labs Private Limited ("Nineteen Pay").
Nineteen Pay operates strictly as a specialized technical affiliate and reseller intermediary. We connect commercial enterprises with regulated payment gateway providers and authorized banking institutions. We do not hold customer funds or operate as an autonomous unlicensed payment processor.
2. Eligibility & Prohibited Activities
All onboarding merchants must maintain full compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, and applicable Indian commercial law.
- Unlawful gambling, betting, or speculative lottery operations
- Sale of illicit, contraband, or counterfeit goods & services
- Terror financing, money laundering, or unauthorized forex transactions
- Any activity in violation of the Information Technology Act or Indian Penal Code
3. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Reliance
All gateway approvals, settlement timelines, transaction limits, and downtime schedules are solely subject to the underlying acquiring banks and payment gateway service providers.
Nineteen Pay shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from bank technical outages, network latency, chargeback disputes between merchants and cardholders, or regulatory enforcement actions.
4. Governing Law & Legal Inquiries
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
